The Author's Bio
Fred (William F.) Hawkins has over thirty years’ experience in manufacturing, R & D, and service organizations. He has held people management and profit and loss responsibilities. Currently, Fred is President of the American Productivity Training Institute, Inc.
Fred has conducted hundreds of public and in-house management seminars for audiences in the United States, Canada, Europe, Hong Kong, Macau, and the Middle East.
He holds a MBA Degree and is a Certified Manager.
